„When I founded Mayer Office Management in 1997, my intention was to offer office management support to freelancers and small businesses from all industries, so they can fully focus on the work they specialize in. In 1998 I started to learn more about the Consulting industry by working as a freelance assistant for a large, international consulting company. Though I was at the time still open for all kinds of companies and industries, it became already obvious in 1999 that most of my clients are and will be from the training, consulting and coaching area especially as my initial clients kept recommending my services to other individuals or companies from the same sector. This way my team and I can now look back on more than 15 years of experience in organization and administration of trainings and workshops for our clients.” – Nathalie Scherf

Handling of all tasks in connection with training organization and coordination, client- and participant communication, logistic support, material management, assessment management, translations, etc. for IPM Consulting – SyNet Group’s clients which range from large international corporations to small and mid-sized businesses.
