- Taking over the complete training administration for your clients, using existing processes and systems (LMS, e-learning software, etc.)
- Billing: Checking and processing trainer invoices, creating client invoices, follow-up receipt of payments.
- Accounting: prepare necessary documents for accountant, create statistics (e.g. trainer days, client days, etc.).
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations, participant guides, handouts, flipchart protocols.
- Support in RFP processes.

- Translation of documents for leadership and personnel development workshops and trainings, communications etc. (English – German).
